Kelee meditation will teach you how to calm the intellect and brain function, and open into the quiet nature of the mind itself. This calm state of mind will begin to diminish the three biggest problems that everyone faces – stress, anxiety and depression. Ron began to study this field of energy within himself and developed a profound understanding of the inner workings of the mind. The author has practical advice and this is the strong point of this book.

Ron is an meditatioon and founder of the Kelee Foundation. But you can work towards that goal. One of the hardest things to do is to let your mind become still.
However, you can very slowly move towards this goal. Meditation is no different.
Then you kkelee know for yourself, that your life is in your own hands, when you can still your mind to accept it. It helps people to understand what is going on inside of their mind, by not focusing on your breathing, mantras, objects, or any other outside focus. The roots of the Kelee date back three thousand years in ancient Sanskrit.
In understanding the basic principles of the Kelee we see there is a difference between the brain and the mind, or brain function and mind function.
