The initial symptoms of breast cancer can be lumps that are usually felt differently from the surrounding breast tissue, cause no pain, and typically have irregular margins. Other signs that may arise are armpit lumps, changes in breast size or shape, abnormal discharge from the nipple, and changes in the color or texture of the breast skin.
6. Perform early detection
Early screening and detection can actually significantly reduce staging in the findings of breast cancer cases. In addition to mammography, breast self-examination (BSE) that can be taught, then practiced alone by women, if done regularly can detect tumors 1.2 centimeters.
